This app will run in the background and is optimized to minimize battery usage and cpu usage. This app will work even while other apps are in use like maps. All data is stored on the device and will stay there and never be transmitted externally. Cellular and data usage is only used to look up the city's name otherwise it gives gps coordinates instead.
